A family-run, roadside bar and grill, where it's all about the RED and GREEN...
CHILE, that is.  

We start from scratch! Using only chile from Hatch, NM.  

We serve great burgers, tasty sandwiches, authentic New Mexican food and the best margaritas in town!  

 Unfortunately we are unable to take reservations

We will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the shoulder season, starting April 15th.

11:00 AM -  8:00 pm  Sunday, Monday, Thursday

11:00 -9:00 for the griddle 11-9:30 for the bar Friday and Saturday  

We may stay open later if you keep the party going.
